We hope you are finding lots of ways to stay active either inside or outdoors in the sunshine. Keeping active makes us feel good, helps build strong bones and healthy muscles, improves our fitness and encourages a good nights sleep. You could learn a new dance step or create a dance routine; catching and throwing games will improve your balance and co-ordination; maybe you could practice your skipping – can you skip 50 turns?
