This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme this year is nature. Spending quality time with nature can reduce stress, balance your mood and help you feel more positive! Whether it’s noticing nature on your daily walk, listening to the birds, looking up at the clouds or going on a woodland walk.
At Merry Hill, emotional well-being is a priority- creating a happy space for all children. This week we have continued to connected with nature in our Mini Explorer sessions . We searched for a well-being stone and wrote our name and a small affirmation on it. Some examples are I am loved, I am happy and I am friendly.
