Hi Year 1,
This week is National School Sports Week which is a special week which aims to bring people together through sport and exercise. It is a little bit different this year as we are not all at school together but there are so many exciting ways to get involved in the fitness fun this year!
Now more than ever, it is so important to get up and exercise a little bit every day. Doing exercise will make you feel more happy and positive! Make sure you have fun with whichever activities you pick…try to get your family involved too!
