What a busy week it has been! We have been looking at worms this week. On Monday we made our womery – thank you for the worms! We have also been measuring worms, putting them in size order, studying them and even reading a fab story about Superworm by Julia Donaldson! We have also been making a giant spider!! (it will be rather large – but don’t worry it isn’t real!).
On Wednesday we had Armed Forces Day and we learnt about why we say thank you to our Armed Forces and made some fab pictures. In the afternoon the children got to show some of our military parents our fabulous ant marching song in the playground!This-week-at-Nursery-25.06.2021.pdf (54 downloads)
On Thursday and Friday we had our sports day – what fun we all had – egg and spoon races; penalty shoot outs; obstacle courses and hurdles amongst other games! We all got a medal at our medal ceremony too! We all did so well at trying out new things and having a go.Sports-Day-2425-June-Nursery-2021.pdf (63 downloads)
Until next time, do good looking for adventures, clean your ears out for good listening and turn your noggins (brains) on for good learning.
Take care, stay safe and see you soon!
