Our goal is for all pupils to leave Merry Hill with a natural curiosity about the world around us, a love of and respect for our planet and an understanding of their role in developing a sustainable world.
At Merry Hill our Mini Forest Explorers regularly explore our extensive outdoor space. Our carefully planned Outdoor Learning provides quality experiences which deepen the children’s learning and develop; confidence, social skills, positive mental health, communication, motivation, physical development, knowledge and understanding. Our Mini Forest Explorer Lead plans collaboratively with our teachers to ensure meaningful links are made across the curriculum but with a particular focus on Science, Art and Geography.
