Every Monday we look forward to starting our week with Mindfulness Monday.
Last term in art we explored and replicated the brilliant work of Andy Goldsworthy, a sculptor who only works with natural materials.
This half term our learning in Design and Technology will be making our own puppets! Most importantly, we will be learning and developing a new skill to many of us- sewing.
We started this week by researching puppets. We played with a number of different puppets and discussed what makes a good puppet- such as the textile, colour and size.
We look forward to continuing our design process next week!

- Act out your favourite story using puppets at home. You could use toys or drawing on lollipop sticks!
